A Long Standing Disciple
Sadhvi Aparna has walked the path of study, seva, and discipleship under the guidance of Acharya Shunya since 2009. Her relationship with the teachings has matured through long association with the Guru, steady participation in the parampara, and years of helping students enter Vedic wisdom with sincerity and respect.

Years of Study and Seva
One of the most striking qualities of Sadhvi Aparna’s journey has been her spirit of seva. For more than seventeen years, she has served Acharya Shunya and the parampara with steadiness, humility, and quiet reliability.
Her seva has never been limited to visible roles. She has been willing to do the smallest tasks with the same sincerity with which she has held larger responsibilities. Her service reflects a deep understanding that in a parampara, no seva is small when it is offered with devotion. Whether she is holding a leadership role, preparing study materials, supporting students, or tending to practical needs, Sadhvi Aparna brings the same sincerity to the task before her.

Initiated as Sadhvi
In recognition of her long-term discipleship, devotion, and service, Acharya Shunya initiated Aparna with the title of Sadhvi. Within Sarayu Parampara, this title honors a woman disciple whose life has been deeply shaped by sadhana, Guru-bhakti, shastra, and seva.
As a Sadhvi, Aparnai remains a student first. Her role is to support the unfolding of teachings entrusted to her, help nourish the sangha, and serve the Guru’s teaching household with humility and steadiness.
